2. Remove the grill by turning each stud one-quarter turn.

3. Pull the top of the grill forward and then lift up to remove.

4. Remove the accessory hood rack, if equipped, and set aside.

5. Pull the rubber straps off the hooks to release the hood. Lift the hood up to remove.

6. If the vehicle is equipped with a front camera, disconnect the camera harness.

7. To remove the center dash panel for vehicles with a tip-out windshield, start by opening the tip-out windshield.

8. Remove and retain the three screws and washers. Remove the windshield base and set aside.

9. To remove the dash panel, remove and retain the two push-pin rivets from the center dash panel.

10. Remove and retain the panel by lifting the front edge and moving backward.

11. To remove the head unit with a flathead screwdriver, remove and keep the two push-pin rivets from the top of the head unit. Note: Vehicles without an audio system will have a storage bin in the place of the head unit. The storage bin is removed in a similar manner to the head unit.

12. Pull the top of the head unit away from the dash and lift the head unit up to remove from the dash.

13. Disconnect the wiring harness and antenna from the unit. Remove and set aside.

14. To install the mounting bracket, begin by removing and retaining the four screws from the front bumper with a 6mm Allen socket. Note: Do not remove the screws closest to the front grill of the vehicle.

15. Install the mounting brackets with the four retained screws, and torque to 20 ft-lbs (27 Nm).

16. Install each light mounting bracket with two screws and nuts using a 5mm Allen socket.

17. To install the cube light, begin by installing the mounting screw for the light through the hole in the top of the mounting bracket.

18. Install the lock washer and nut on the screw with a 13mm wrench. Torque to 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm).

19. To install the harness and switch, begin by finding the dimple in the under-hood liner to the rear of the letter “M.” Drill your quarter-inch (7 mm) hole here.

20. Find the two dimples marked “4” and “12” in the under-hood, and drill holes here. Note: Control your drill depth. Make sure drill is clear of all other parts and components to prevent damage to the vehicle.

21. Install the harness in the under-hood area and route the switch connector through the lower half of the grommet at the rear of the area.

22. Install push-pin clips into the holes at locations “4” and “12” and connect the harness to the Polaris Pulse Bar.

23. Install a push-pin clip on the bottom of the fuse block into the hole at location “M.”

24. Route the light connectors through the grommet beneath the Polaris Pulse Bar.

25. Remove the two push-pin rivets from the front of the under-hood liner.

28. Continue to route the long leg of the harness along the existing harness and then attach it to the existing harness.

30. Remove the switch cover from the dash and route the harness switch connector through the opening.

31. Connect the switch to the harness and install the switch by pushing it into the opening until the switch clicks into place.
