For information on tools, read the Tools and Fasteners Guide. Always wear safety glasses and nitrile gloves when installing accessories on your Polaris XPEDITION.
To install the Floor Rails Kit on your Polaris XPEDITION, follow these steps.
1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface, ensure it is in PARK and remove the key.
2. Tilt the rear seats up.
3. Remove the four screws from the rear seat floor with a T40 TORX®.
4. Before installing the rails, make sure to install the end caps.
5. Install the rails and two screws in each of the floor channels. Torque to 106 in-lbs (12 Nm) with a 4mm Allen socket and lower rear seats.
