For information on tools, read the Tools and Fasteners Guide. Always wear safety glasses and nitrile gloves when installing accessories on your Polaris RZR.
To install the forward storage box kit on your RZR XP, follow these steps:
1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface, ensure the vehicle is in PARK and remove the key.
2. Place the storage box in the forward-most section of the cargo box.
3. Move the front of the storage box to align the Lock and Ride holes in the storage box with those in the cargo box.
4. Install two Lock and Ride assemblies in the two aligned mounting holes.
5. Lock and Ride assemblies may need adjustment. Tighten or loosen the bottom nut depending on the fitment.
6. Make sure the Lock and Ride assemblies are fully seated before closing the top lever and securing the storage box.

To install the rear storage box kit on your RZR XP, follow these steps:
1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface, ensure the vehicle is in PARK and remove the key.
2. Install the pre-assembled storage box in the rear-most part of the cargo box.
3. Move the front of the storage box under the lip of the cargo box and make sure the Lock and Ride storage box holes are aligned with the mounting holes in the rear of the box.
4. Install two Lock and Ride assemblies in the two aligned mounting holes.
5. Lock and Ride assemblies may need adjustment. Tighten or loosen the bottom nut depending on the fitment.
6. Finally, make sure the Lock and Ride assemblies are fully seated before closing the top lever and securing the storage box.
