Polaris Power offers four generators: P2000i, P2500iEBT, P3200iE, P5500 and P6500.
The P2000i, P2500iEBT and P3200iE are portable digital inverter generators in a closed frame. The digital display features your maintenance levels at a glance, and the illuminated control panel can be easily viewed day or night. They produce quiet, efficient and clean power through digital inverter technology. The P2000i is perfect for light, everyday power needs; the P2500iEBT has an electric start, Polaris App functionality and advanced safety features; and the P3200iE is equipped with electric start and an extended run time for a variety of uses.
The P5500 and P6500 are heavy-duty open-frame generators that can power both recreation and work. Equipped with a Single Point Lift, they can be moved to hard-to-reach places with just a hook. Wheel locks keep the generator in place, and the Cold Weather Kit makes inclement weather a non-issue.

Usage
Polaris Power generators can be used to support outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. They can also serve as backup power in case of emergency to run lights, a refrigerator or a heater. Never run a generator indoors or anywhere without proper ventilation, including your garage.
All devices and appliances are different and require unique amounts of power to operate properly. Always be fully aware of the amount of power your devices need and if they require an additional boost of power to start up. Use the below chart to estimate the amount of power your generator needs to produce.
Wattage Reference Chart
DEVICE | RUNNING (RATED) WATTS | ADDITIONAL STARTING (SURGE) WATTS |
---|---|---|
Table Saw / Radial Arm Saw - 10" | 2000 | 2000 |
Space/Wall Heater | 1800 | 0 |
Central Air Conditioning | 1500 | 4500 |
Circular Saw - 7 1/4" | 1400 | 2300 |
Hair Dryer | 300-1200 | 0 |
Sump Pump - 1/2 HP | 1050 | 2200 |
Microwave Oven - 100 Watt | 1000 | 1400 |
Coffee Maker | 1000 | 0 |
Garage Door Opener 1/2 HP | 875 | 2350 |
Personal Computer w/ 17" Monitor | 800 | 0 |
Refrigerator | 400-800 | 2200 |
Dehumidifier | 650 | 800 |
Color Television - 27" | 500 | 0 |
Electric Drill - 3/8", 4 amps | 440 | 600 |
Paint Sprayer | 360 | 1080 |
Radio | 300 | 300 |
Oven | 60 | 7500 |
Light Bulb - 75 Watt | 75 | 0 |
To calculate the total generator output required, add the rated watts and surge watts for all appliances. For example, let's say you want to run a coffee maker and a radio. That would be 1000 + 300 = 1300 rated watts and 0 + 300 = 300 surge watts. The rated and surge watts together would be 1600 watts.
