Polaris Recalls Some Model Year 2023 Timbersled ARO and RIOT Pro Units
>Polaris has determined that an incorrectly torqued Quick Drive fastener can loosen while operating on some Model Year 2023 Timbersled ARO and RIOT Pro units. The incorrectly torqued fastener can lead to loss of brake function during operation, posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury.
Number of affected vehicles: approximately 1,100 units globally
Number of incidents: Polaris has identified 7 reports related to this concern. No reports of loss of brakes, crashes or personal injury have been identified.
Consumers should immediately stop using the impacted units and contact a Polaris-authorized dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair, if needed. DO NOT attempt any repairs yourself.
