Polaris Recalls Some Model Year 2027 RANGER XP 1000 CAB Vehicles
>Polaris has determined that some Model Year 2027 RANGER XP 1000 CAB and RANGER CREW XP 1000 CAB off-road vehicles have warning decals affixed to the headliner that may detach from the vehicle. These decals contain important safety information regarding vehicle operation, occupant protection, and other safety precautions. If a warning decal becomes detached or is no longer present, operators and passengers may not have access to important safety information intended to promote safe vehicle use, increasing the risk of improper vehicle operation and potential serious injury.
Number of affected vehicles: approximately 10,800 units globally
Number of incidents: Polaris has identified 29 reports of warnings decals detaching from the headliner. Polaris has not identified any reports of crashes or personal injury associated with this concern.
To address this concern, Polaris will mail replacement warning decals directly to affected owners at no cost. The replacement package will include installation instructions identifying the proper updated location for each decal on the vehicle. If preferred, your authorized Polaris dealer can install the decals at no cost.

Polaris has reported this matter to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
