Polaris Issues Voluntary Field Action For Certain RZR and ACE Models

Polaris initiated a voluntary field action for select 2017-2018 RZR 570, 2016-2018 RZR S 1000, 2016-2018 RZR XP/XP4 Turbo, and 2017-2018 ACE 500/570/900 models. These vehicles were manufactured with a fuel pump flange assembly that when exposed to certain chemicals may degrade over time, and may result in a fuel leak. If a fuel leak occurs in the presence of an ignition source, this may lead to a fire hazard. Polaris has received 21 complaints of cracked or cracking pump flange assembly and no reports of fire. Polaris is notifying dealers and contacting consumers by mail (and email if available).
