Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order within one hour after completing the order.
We are unable to add items to an order after it has been placed. If you've already placed an order and need to order more items, please create another order.
Steps to Cancel an Order
- Log into your Polaris account to view your orders.
- Find the order that you’d like to cancel. You'll be taken to a summary of your order.
Click the Cancel Item(s) button in the upper right corner of the Order Details page. You'll be taken to a summary of your order where you'll be able to select what item(s) you would like to cancel and a reason for cancellation.
If you’re able to successfully cancel your order, you'll receive an email confirming your changes and the status will change to 'Cancelled'.
If the cancel option is not available, then it's too late to cancel the order. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you've received your order. Learn more about our return policy or start a return in your account once you receive the item.
One more thing....
When you place an order with Polaris, the funds are reserved for us — we don't actually take the money until your order is confirmed. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
