Heavy D: Ladies and gentlemen, it is time once again for another 60-second showdown! Today we're doing a comparison between the best-selling Polaris RZR of all time, the RZR XP, versus the Kawasaki KRX. Alright Tanner, you know the drill. You got 60 seconds to hit us with all the reasons why you think the RZR is superior to the KRX. Ready, go!
Tanner Foust: Reason number one, the reason most people buy a machine is they look at the horsepower. 114 horsepower versus 112 doesn't sound like a lot, but 300 pounds lighter in the XP means from the driver's seat the power-to-weight ratio is something you feel the difference. Also, the size. This has been the GOAT, the greatest of all time, for a long time and part of that is the secret sauce: 64 inches wide, 90 inches long. This is the benchmark of side-by-side, and that size is critical. The nimble nature of this machine is what makes it great, and that size is found to be ideal. In the KRX, it's just a little bit too big.
Heavy D: I got to steal a couple of your seconds and say the fact that the KRX kind of looks like an unfinished basement with the exposed fasteners and the door frame for the whole world to see. Plus the fact that it's just not quite as refined as the XP.
Tanner Foust: Refinement is something you feel, oozes out of the XP. Get in there, you got Ride Command, you can see your buddies on there, you've got the most extensive trail map GPS on the market. You've also got Rockford Fosgate audio, which you don't have in the KRX, and I mean you got to listen.
Heavy D: Obviously, Tanner's got a whole lot to say about the benefits of the Polaris RZR XP, but the truth is you need to go find out for yourself.
