Polaris Recalls Model Year 2022-2023 Snowmobiles Equipped with Patriot BOOST Engines
>Polaris has determined that on Model Year 2022-2023 snowmobiles equipped with Patriot BOOST engines, the fuel line between the fuel rails may develop a fuel leak. The leak may be in close proximity to a hot surface, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury.
Number of affected vehicles: approximately 11,190 globally
Number of incidents: Polaris has identified 17 reports of fuel leaks. Polaris is not aware of any reports of fire or personal injury associated with this concern.
Consumers should immediately stop using the impacted units and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. DO NOT attempt any repairs yourself. Polaris is notifying dealers and contacting registered owners directly.

*Polaris issued a Stop Sale, Stop Ride on August 10, 2023, following our notification to the CPSC. On September 14, 2023, Polaris expanded the affected vehicle population to add Model Year 2022 snowmobiles equipped with Patriot BOOST engines to the recall population and notified dealers and affected registered owners, following our notification to the CPSC.
