*Exclusions: Some components, attachments and services are excluded from coverage, normal maintenance and wear items such as tune-ups, tires, batteries, lighting, bushings, brakes, belts, filters and lubricants are not covered. Components damaged/worn as a result of impact, lack of maintenance, or operating vehicle beyond it’s normal use are not covered. Vehicle modifications not approved by Polaris are excluded. See your vehicle extended service contract for a complete list of exclusions and requirements. All required maintenance should be performed in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Owner's Manual of the vehicle. Coverage not eligible for racing, modified, or rental vehicles.
Warning: Polaris off-road vehicles can be hazardous to operate and are not designed for on-road use. Driver must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate. All riders should always wear helmets and eye protection and comply with all other protective gear requirements. Read, understand and follow your owner’s manual. Slingshot is a three-wheeled motorcycle. It is not an automobile. It does not have airbags and it does not meet automotive safety standards. Three wheel vehicles may handle differently than other vehicles, especially in wet conditions. Always wear a DOT-approved full-face helmet and fasten seatbelts. The Driver may need a valid motorcycle endorsement. Drive within the limits of the law and your own abilities. Read, understand and follow your owner’s manual.
