Pivoting Spare Tire Carrier Installation
The Pivoting Spare Tire Carrier is part number 2889404-458.

To install the pivoting spare tire rack, follow these steps:

1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface and shift the transmission into PARK.

2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the key.

3. Align the left-side pivot bracket and clamp on the rear ROPS with the bracket pointing down.

4. With a 6mm Allen socket, loosely install the four pivot fasteners into the clamp and bracket.

5. Position the bracket assembly at the specified distance for your model. For a RZR Pro XP, it should be 9.25 inches (234.9 mm) from the inside edge of the ROPS hole to the face of the clamp. For a RZR Pro XP 4, it should be 13.5 inches (342.9 mm) from the inner fender to the intersection of the clamp face and ROPS tube. The pivot bracket assembly should be loose enough to be repositioned with a soft face hammer.

6. Repeat this procedure on the opposite side.

7. Recheck the positioning of the brackets to ensure they are even on the ROPS and spaced evenly across the vehicle. For a RZR Pro XP, it should be 31-3/16 inches (792 mm) from the inside bottom of one clamp to the inside bottom of the other clamp. For a RZR Pro XP 4, it should be 31 inches (788 mm).

8. With the aid of an assistant, position the tire rack in the cargo box and install the included pivot pins into the pivot brackets. The pivot brackets may need minor adjustments to properly align with the tire rack. Adjust as needed and, with a 24mm socket, torque the pins to 60 ft-lbs (81 Nm).

9. With an 11mm wrench, install the two strut assemblies on each side of the rack with the upper stud pointing in and the lower pointing out.

10. Recheck the bracket positioning once more before final torqueing.

11. Torque the pivot bracket fasteners with a 6mm Allen socket to 16 ft-lbs (22 Nm).

12. Loosely install the post clamps onto the ROPS with the two clamp fasteners and two nuts.

13. Before torqueing, check the operation of the assembly to ensure the latch plunger aligns with the tire rack. Alignment of the plungers is critical to the operation of the rack.

14. Once aligned, torque the clamp fasteners to 9 ft-lbs (12 Nm).

15. Assemble the handle to the latch spring and install it into the bottom of the latch plate.

16. Pass two latch fasteners through the backer. Install the assembly onto the post clamp. Repeat this process on the other side.

17. Torque the latch fasteners with a 4mm Allen socket to 9 ft-lbs (12 Nm).

18. Verify proper operation of the rack assembly.

70-Liter Forward Cargo Box
The 70-Liter Forward Cargo Box is part number 2883751. To install it, follow these steps:

1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface and shift the transmission into PARK.

2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the key.

3. Place the storage box into the back of the cargo box.

4. Verify the Lock & Ride holes are aligned with the mounting holes on the storage box.

5. If the spare tire rack is installed, removing one of the lower shock mounts will provide the additional clearance needed to install.

6. Install four Lock & Ride assemblies into the storage box mounting holes.

7. The Lock & Ride assemblies may need adjustments for optimal fit. With a 13mm socket, tighten or loosen the bottom nut on the assembly as needed.

8. Verify the Lock & Ride assemblies are fully seated before engaging the top lever.

9. Always verify the storage box is secure before departing.

40-Liter Rear Cargo Box
The 40-Liter Rear Cargo Box is part number 2883752. To install the cargo box with the 70-Liter Storage Box already installed, follow these steps:

1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface and shift the transmission into PARK.

2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the key.

3. Remove and retain the four Lock & Ride assemblies from the 70-Liter Rear Cargo Box.

4. Lift the 70-Liter Forward Cargo Box up slightly to allow the 40-Liter Rear Cargo Box protrusion to fit underneath the front storage box lip.

5. Ensure the front protrusion of the storage box hooks under the rear cargo box tube.

6. Install the two Lock & Ride assemblies into the storage box mounting holes.

7. The Lock & Ride assemblies may need adjustments for optimal fit. Tighten or loosen the bottom nut on the assembly as needed with a 13mm socket.

8. Verify the Lock & Ride assemblies are fully seated before engaging the top lever.

9. Always verify the storage box is secure before departing.

30-Quart Cooler Installation

2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the key.

3. Identify the left- and right-hand brackets.

4. Place the cooler in the cargo box and open the lid. Hook the brackets onto each side of the cooler and align the four Lock & Ride assemblies with the mounting holes on the cargo box.

5. The Lock & Ride assemblies may need adjustments for optimal fit. Tighten or loosen the bottom nut on the assembly with a 13mm socket as needed.

6. With the brackets and anchors aligned, secure each Lock & Ride clamp and close the cooler lid.

7. Always verify the cooler is secure before departing.

Door Storage Bag Installation
The Door Storage Bag is part number 2889784 (formerly part number 2884304) and comes with two storage bags. To install each door storage bag, follow these steps:

2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the key.

3. Identify the four mounting locations for the storage bag.

4. Align the top of the bag with the top of the door.

5. Carefully pull back the door panel and hook the door bag onto the two upper door frame mounting locations. The hooks will fit between the door panel and frame.

6. Wrap the hook-and-loop fastener around the door frame to secure the front of the bag. The upper mounting locations may need to be adjusted to allow the hook-and-loop fastener to wrap around the entire door frame. Fitment should be tight with minimal play.

7. Always verify the bag is secure before departing.

Shoulder Bag Installation
The 9.5-Liter Shoulder Storage Bag is part number 2889785 (formerly part number 2884286). To install a shoulder bag, follow these steps:

1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface and shift the transmission into PARK.

2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the key.

3. Remove both front seats by pulling up on the seat lever and pivoting them forward to remove from the vehicle.

4. Release the four quarter-turn latches on the top close-off panel and remove the panel.

5. Position the shoulder bag flush against the close-off panel.

6. Center the bag between the two protruding segments on the top of the panel. Mark the center of each mounting hole.

7. Set the shoulder bag aside and carefully drill at each marked location, using a 5/16-inch (8mm) drill bit.

8. Secure the top of the shoulder bag to the panel with two of the included push rivets.

9. Open the bag and mark the center of each lower mounting hole.

10. Flip the bag up and out of the way to drill the lower mounting locations.

11. Carefully drill at each bottom location with a 5/16-inch (8mm) drill bit and reposition the bag over the mounting holes.

12. Install two of the included push rivets into the mounting holes to secure the bag to the panel.

13. Reinstall the close-off panel by aligning the lower tabs and securing the four quarter-turn latches.
