Finding the VIN on your Polaris Vehicle

Depending on the model, your 17-character vehicle identification number (VIN) is typically printed on the left rear frame on the driver’s side of the vehicle under the cargo box, or stamped on the frame near the driver seat on a frame rail, or located on a label under the hood or inside a storage compartment. You can also find the VIN on your vehicle’s registration, insurance documents, or owner’s manual.

What to Do After an ORV Recall

If your Polaris ORV is included in a recall, carefully review the specific instructions related to your vehicle recall. Some recalls require you to stop riding immediately until the concern is repaired, while others may allow limited operation while waiting for the repair if you take certain steps first. Always follow the instructions provided. If you are unsure how the recall affects your vehicle or what actions to take, contact your authorized Polaris dealer or Polaris directly for assistance.
