In 2015 Parkin won the TGR Grom Contest which was an indication of the years to come. In 2017 his Quiksilver YGSKI edit won him the contest and subsequently propelled him to sign his first pro contract. The next season he got a slot filming with Teton Gravity Research and scored a breakout segment in their 2018 film Far Out. Fast forward two years and Parkin took home the crown at the Kings and Queens of Corbet’s which is regarded as one of the biggest events in Big Mountain Freeskiing with over 70 million impressions. Parkin has chased his backcountry pursuits on Polaris Snowmobiles since day one!
