Entrants must complete the entry form in its entirety to include: full name; complete address, and e-mail address. Entrant must agree to the Official Rules in order to submit the entry form. Then entrant must share the build on their Instagram story and post with both hashtags of #PolarisBuildToWin and #Sweepstakes and tag @polarissnow to receive one (1) entry into the respective Entry Period.

In order to enter, you must be a registered Instagram user and your profile settings must be set to “public”. To become a registered user of Instagram, create an account at www.instagram.com.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the end date of the Entry Period to be eligible. Entries do NOT roll over to subsequent Entry Periods.  Entrant must enter each Entry Period separately. Multiple entries per person/email address/social media account are prohibited. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant whose Instagram account that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity, does not comply with these Official Rules, or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

5. DRAWING/ODDS: On or about the Thursday after the end date of the Entry Period, one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period. The odds of being selected as the Grand Prize Winner is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based upon its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

6. GRAND PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Award and confirmation of the Grand Prize Winner is contingent upon potential Grand Prize Winner’s qualification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email, Instagram or any other contact source provided at the time of entry (the “Notification”). Before being declared a Grand Prize Winner, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the Notification within the time frame indicated by providing the required information (the “Required Information”).  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select an alternative potential Grand Prize Winner if: (a) the potential Grand Prize Winner does not respond within the Notification timeframe; (b) the Notification is returned as undeliverable; (c) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, residency or eligibility or provide the Required Information; (d) the potential Grand Prize Winner declines acceptance of the Grand Prize; and (e) if in Sponsor’s determination, the potential Grand Prize Winner has not complied with these Official Rules.

7. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive merchandise of Sponsor’s sole choosing having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $500 (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements.  Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the vehicle will not be awarded.  Total ARV of each Grand Prize per Entry Period is up to $500. 

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  Limit one (1) prize per person or per household. Grand Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if advertised Grand Prize should become unavailable.  Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. 9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS. All entrants, and the Grand Prize

10. DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
