Polaris has determined that the handlebar hooks on Model Year 2022-2023 MATRYX PRO RMK and MATRYX RMK KHAOS snowmobiles pose a puncture hazard and risk of serious injury should the rider’s body impact the handlebar hook during a crash. Our records show you have purchased an affected vehicle. Polaris has informed the Consumer Product Safety Commission about the issue.

• Calling 1-800-POLARIS (765-2747) to speak with a Polaris Owner Connections representative

When completing the parts request form, input your VIN (located at the top of this letter) and shipping information. Polaris will ship a parts repair kit to the address provided. Once you have completed the repair, we request that you return the original handlebar hooks using the provided prepaid mailer. If the handlebar hooks are not returned, we cannot close the Safety Recall on your vehicle, and you will continue to receive notifications related to this Recall.

or

Option 2: Contact your authorized Polaris dealer to schedule an appointment to have the replacement performed. This replacement should take approximately 15 minutes. Your dealer will order the required parts; contacting Polaris is not necessary. When contacting your dealer, discuss parts availability, their schedule and how long they will need to keep your vehicle.

DO NOT OPERATE YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL THIS SAFETY RECALL HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY YOU OR YOUR DEALER.
