Caleb Kesterke grew up in Seeley Lake, Montana, where his dad put him on a sled before he could even walk. By age 13, he'd made up his mind — backcountry sledding was going to be his life pursuit.

Today he's one of the most respected riders and instructors in backcountry snowmobiling, owning and operating Proven Progression out of the same mountains he grew up in. He doesn't just ride at the highest level — he teaches others to do the same, building a business and a legacy on the belief that the backcountry deserves our respect, awe, and attention.
