SnowCheck Overview
SnowCheck is a program offered by Polaris every spring. Customers who place SnowCheck orders can pre-order limited edition snowmobile models while customizing their sleds.
SnowCheck applies to new model year snowmobiles only. Customers who take advantage of the SnowCheck program are eligible to order exclusive models that are not available in season.
SnowCheck for model year 2025 sleds started March 4, 2024 and ended March 27, 2024.
The eligible models and incentives for U.S. and Canadian customers are listed below.
Promotional Limited Warranty:
2 YR = 12-month factory warranty + 12-month promotional limited warranty
4 YR = 12-month factory warranty + 36-month promotional limited warranty
Warranty
Polaris Promotional Limited Warranty (PLW): The SnowCheck Promotional Limited Warranty consists of the standard 12-month factory warranty plus 12 or 36 months of promotional limited warranty coverage for a total of 24 or 48 months of warranty coverage. Any additional warranty coverage after the initial 12-month factory warranty is subject to a $50.00 deductible per claim.
Delayed Warranty Start: All eligible snowmobiles warranty registered between April 1, 2024 and November 30, 2024 will have their factory warranty in effect until November 30, 2025.
Warranty Registration: Warranty registrations must be submitted using Polaris electronic registration and must be received by Polaris as sold or no later than the ending date of the program December 31, 2024 11:59 p.m. CST.
Shipment Guarantee
To be eligible for the SnowCheck shipment guarantee, a 2025 SnowCheck order must be
- finalized by the dealer and submitted through the Polaris SnowCheck order process by no later than 11:59 PM, CST on March 27th, 2024 and
- confirmed for availability and accepted by Polaris.
Once finalized and accepted, if Polaris does not ship the eligible order by November 30th, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST, Polaris will offer a $1,500 rebate to be applied at the time of purchase of the sled. The rebate will be paid to the dealer and applied to reduce the customer’s purchase price. The rebate is only available at the time of purchase, is not transferrable, expires upon the cancellation or alteration of an otherwise eligible order, and may be altered, delayed, or cancelled if a force majeure event prevents performance by Polaris. Customer must take delivery no later than 12/31/24 to qualify. Shipment means the eligible sled has been loaded on a carrier and has departed for delivery to the dealer. The actual delivery date to the dealer and to the customer will vary and are not guaranteed by Polaris or included in this offer.
Financing
Deposit from consumer required, amounts vary by dealer, see your Polaris Dealer for details. Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable due by March 27, 2024 with the dealer.
U.S. SnowCheck customers can qualify for a 36-month, 60-month or 84-month loan.
Canadian SnowCheck customers can qualify for an up to 60-month loan.

Protection Plan
Products purchased from Polaris will at times be offered with a Protection Plan as a promotional or special offer. If you have questions about a promotional or special offer protection plan, your Polaris Dealer is the best resource for questions. If you would like to extend a promotional or special offer Protection Plan, this can be done inside the Factory Warranty period at your dealer.
Polaris Protection Plans can be purchased only while the vehicle is within the Promotional Limited Warranty period.

The ordering period for 2025 SnowCheck was March 4, 2024 through March 27, 2024.

Restrictions: Offer valid from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Purchase $750 (U.S. or Canadian Dollar) worth of qualifying PG&A and receive $150 (U.S. or Canadian Dollar) off. SnowCheck Status
SnowCheck customers should see their Polaris Dealer with questions regarding the status of their order. Your dealer will be your best resource for determining shipment and arrival dates as well as answering any questions regarding your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
