Replacement parts for your Polaris snowmobile can be identified and ordered using the Polaris online parts catalog.

From the drop-down menu, select the year and model of your snowmobile.

Or, enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to shop for parts that fit your vehicle.

Once your vehicle information has been entered, you can find different accessories and service and maintenance parts via the top navigation bar. Select PARTS & ACCESSORIES to find appropriate accessories, parts and each assembly and the associated components in your vehicle.

Select SHOP ALL SERVICE PARTS to find assembly diagrams. For example, let’s find a bushing for one of the skis of a snowmobile. So we’re looking for the ski assembly. Select SKI ASSEMBLY under STEERING. After selecting the assembly, you’ll see a diagram — which can be zoomed in or out — with part numbers that correspond to the listings below.

The bushing is item 8. So if we scroll down to 8, we’ll find that it is part number 5136908 and costs $15.99. Here it also can be added to your shopping cart. Note that the default quantity is the number that comes with the complete assembly. In this case, that is two. To only order one, change the quantity to 1 before adding it to your cart.

Some parts will show multiple part listings for the same item number, as shown below. The part you need depends on which color or model your vehicle is. Your Polaris Dealer can help you find the correct part for your vehicle.

Note that some older parts displayed in the parts catalog are no longer available from Polaris. Contact your local Polaris Dealer for availability. Additionally, any item shown on the schematic comes as a unit of one. If you need multiples of an item, you must adjust the amount you order.

Warning: In order for work to be performed safely and correctly, many parts replacement procedures and repair procedures must be done by trained Polaris service technicians in a properly equipped shop. You must read the service manual and be familiar with the service procedures before starting the work. Certain procedures require the use of special tools that are not available to the general public, and your dealer will have to perform these procedures for you as necessary. If you have any doubt as to your ability to perform any of the procedures outlined in the service manual, contact an authorized Polaris Dealer for service. Procedures indicated to be performed by dealers only could void your warranty if performed incorrectly. The failure to follow correct procedures and use correct tools could result in serious injury or death.
