  • Review and enter PO and non-PO invoices into the ERP system.
  • Document employee expenses in ERP.
  • Own relationships with accounts receivable contacts at all Walker Evans vendors
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Provide support for vendor onboarding – collect, validate, and enter information into banking database, setup/maintain vendor master files in ERP.
  • Generate and post weekly payments.
  • Responsible for follow up, research and resolution of payment problems.
  • Process payment voids and reissuances as needed.
  • Reconcile bank account statements against general ledger
  • Provide support for Month End Close process.
  • Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Experience & Skills.

  • 2-5 years of Accounts Payable or Accounting/Finance related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central Preferred
  • Experience with Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, sorting and filtering, etc).
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with problem solving and demonstration of critical thinking.
  • Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with previous experience supporting cross- functional teams.

The pay range for this position is $25/hr to $30/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
