We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organization Development Specialist to join our HR team.
What You'll Do
Organization Effectiveness
Manage the evolution, preparation, and execution of the company-wide Organization & Talent Review, including partnering with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), project and meeting management, training, data analysis, and ongoing tracking of execution
Lead preparation for the annual Organization & Talent Review presentation to the Board of Directors in support of the company’s CHRO
Define processes and tools that enable HRBPs to assess and facilitate organizational capability and talent development
Operate as a consultant for ongoing assessment of organizational effectiveness leveraging Workday and other systems/tools
Partner with HRBPs to facilitate team sessions leveraging established guides (i.e., New Manager Assimilation, Globe Smart tools, etc).
Strategic Talent Development
Support strategic talent programs to prepare key talent for senior leadership roles, such as Business President and Functional leadership
Improve the process to create an internal candidate movement that drives talent visibility & promotes cross-business talent sharing
Key team member to launch internal marketplace capabilities through Workday by creating standard work and communication plans
Develop and implement talent management analytics in partnership with HRIS and HRBPs
Create and maintain tools to engage and guide stakeholders through organizational change
Support broader Talent Management team with critical initiatives, as needed
Succession Management
Evolve process, develop standard work and training materials for an ongoing succession management process that integrates with other talent management processes (i.e., performance management)
Enhance utilization of Workday to maintain succession plans and provide visibility to the talent pipeline
Partner with HRIS and HRBPs to evolve succession management and internal movement metrics
Skills You'll Need
5+ years of experience gathering business requirements to create processes in Talent Management, Human Resources (HR), or business functions
Bachelor's or higher-level degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Previous experience working in HR, talent, or organization development
Demonstrated ability to pivot and navigate ambiguous situations
Strong organizational planning and project management skills
Results-oriented with an acute sense of urgency
Ability to influence without authority
Critical thinking and analytical skills focused on proposing business solutions & driving process improvement
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of HR data and information
