Polaris Industries Inc. is looking for a  Dynamics AX Developer to work in an exciting, very fast-paced environment. As a Dynamics AX/365 developer on the Polaris team, you will have the ability to maintain multiple instances that serve multiple countries, languages and time zones. You will also have an opportunity to be involved in the team that will design and upgrade an instance to a newer version. Strongest candidates will be excited about power sports as well as technology. Additional duties will include helping to push industry best-practices toward maturity including continuous integration builds, automated deployments, and leading-edge best trends.

• Visualize changes necessary for given problems and understand the impact to articulate the necessary customizations that adhere to industry standards
• Participate in development of project plans, specification documents and test plans
• Assist in the preparation of system requirements and design specifications
• Architect, design, code, test and debug applications
• Work with users and co-workers to develop, test and implementation plans
• Attend and participate in project and administrative meetings
• Act as mentor to junior resources, capable of answering technical questions and guiding design concepts and technical understanding
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical people

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 – 6 years development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or strong work equivalent
• 3+ years of development experience in Dynamics 365FO
• Significant programming experience in X++
• Good knowledge in Application Integration Framework (AIF) along with .NET WCF or ASP.NET Web API
• Significant experience in SQL Server and SSRS
• Experience in Dynamics AX Cumulative Update or Hotfix installations
• Experience in Dynamics AX 2009 Enterprise Portal development
• Experience leading and mentoring other developers
• Backgound using Version Control Tools: Preferrably Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience with Retail/Commerce module in D365FO.
• Knowledge in MPOS, Channel Database, maintenance of retail environments.
• Backgound using Build Tools: TFS Team Build
• Experience with Dynamics AX Workflows
• Experance in D365FO development.
• Experience with Intelligent Data Management Framework (IDMF)
• Knowledge of Analysis Services (SSAS) and Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience is Azure devops will be added advantage
• Experience integrating AX with Dynamics CRM or other .NET custom web applications
• Design, architect and configure new Dynamics AX instances
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory Management modules
• Experience is Azure devops will be added advantage
• Any Microsoft technical certifications.
