Developing Future Talent

Real-World, Portfolio-Building Experiences

Programs entail three to four rotations in varying business units and geographies ranging from six to twelve months at a time, offering extensive opportunities to network while developing key professional skills necessary to successfully navigate your career path.


Intentional Coaching & Mentorship

Development employees are paired with a coach (manager), mentor, and program cohort. These connections offer advice, networking and development to enrich your business experience.

This unique program is designed to accelerate your career by exposing you to opportunities within marketing, sales, and product roles through exposure to retail marketing and sales events, product planning, dealer development, and more.

Engineering

This is a robust opportunity for grads who share our commitment to the design and production of world-class vehicles and engines.  The program develops essential skills in Polaris engineering processes that provide a broad-based understanding of the product development cycle.

Designed to accelerate your career development, business knowledge, and leadership skills. In each rotation you will be challenged as you are exposed to internal audits, business unit support, treasure, M&A, FP&A and International Finance.

Human Resources Program at Polaris

Human Resources

Accelerate your career development through exposure to Polaris' businesses through critical HR assignments within the Corporate COE, a dynamic field assignment, and an HR businesss partner role. You will have the opportunity to create and improve processes and partner with leaders to link human resources to business strategies and results.

Operations program at Polaris

Operations

Ramp up your understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain through critical assignments and targeted training. Program placements support a sturdy foundation in manufacturing and provide quality, supplier quality & development, new product engineering, sourcing, logistics, lean, and supervisory rotations.

Digital and Information Services program

Digital and Information Technology

Our technology is leading the way in the Powersports industry, driving new products and cutting edge manufacturing processes. With today’s advances in technology and information services, Polaris is committed to remaining an industry leader. This program has two track focuses: infrastructure and product.
