Hurricane Boats Honored for Customer Service with NMMA Marine Industry CSI Award

Elkhart, Ind. – Hurricane Boats, legendary innovator in versatile deck boat designs, announced today it has been awarded a National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA)℠ Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award in recognition of exceptional, year-round customer satisfaction. The honor was presented on Thursday, February 12 during the Innovation Awards Breakfast at the 2026 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show. This marks Hurricane’s ninth CSI award.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards recognize boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine between Jan. 1, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025.
