Amy David

State: Idaho, USA

Amy is a professional mountain athlete. As a big mountain skier, she began snowmobiling more aggressively to access remote backcountry terrain. Her skiing pursuits range from hitting massive cliffs, throwing backflips, and navigating big lines deep in the backcountry with a focus on film, photo, and earning an AMGA Ski Guide certification. Her goal snowmobiling is to ride the RMK 850 with a similar style to her skiing. She hopes to inspire larger participation of women riders who feel accepted and eager to learn no matter their starting point.

With a BA in the Psychology of Communication and minor in Outdoor Education & Leadership from Westminster College, Amy’s career fuses the outdoor and entertainment industries. She is the founder of Action Inspired Productions curating adventure-based multi-media content and leading backcountry retreats focused on women empowerment. She is the Media Coordinator for the Friends of the Sawtooth Avalanche Center and during summer, she guides wilderness backpacking trips for Sawtooth Mountain Guides.
