Polaris Issues Stop Ride / Stop Sale for Some Model Year 2024 Prostar S4 Titan Adventure 155 ES Snowmobiles

Polaris has determined that some Model Year 2024 Prostar S4 Titan Adventure 155 ES snowmobiles may experience a fuel leak at the pump flange assembly. A fuel leak at the pump flange assembly could flow in close proximity to a hot surface, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury.

 

Number of affected vehicles: 818 units globally

 

Number of incidents: Polaris has identified three reports of fuel leaks. Polaris is not aware of any reports of fire or injury associated with the reported concern.

 

Consumers should immediately stop using the impacted units. Consumers should immediately stop using the impacted units and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. DO NOT attempt any repairs yourself.

 

Polaris is notifying dealers and contacting registered owners directly.

 

Polaris has reported this matter to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
