Polaris Issues Recall for 2015-2019 RANGER EV Vehicles

Polaris has issued a recall for some Model Year 2015-2019 RANGER EV vehicles. Polaris has determined that some 2015-2019 RANGER EV models were manufactured with incorrect electrical wiring to the accelerator pedal position sensor. This results in an incorrect sensor voltage to the vehicle control module which may cause unintended vehicle acceleration. The recall impacts approximately 250 vehicles.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact their local Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris is notifying dealers and contacting all affected registered owners directly.

Polaris has reported this issue to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. More information related to the recall can be found on the CPSC website
