Shipping Options

We use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item(s), shipping destination, and level of service option you select during checkout.

 

Shipping Timing

All orders submitted by 12 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) Monday through Friday usually ship same day*. Orders received after 12 p.m. CST usually ship the following business day. Note: Holidays may delay shipping time.

 

Estimated delivery dates display during checkout for ease of reference. Here's a breakdown of what each shipping term means:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives in 2-4 business days
  • Ship to Dealer: Arrives at the dealership within 2-7 days.
  • Freight (LTL) Delivery: Freight delivery is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items. We partner with regional freight carriers that load the items onto a truck and deliver them curbside. You will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location.

    Shipping times will vary based on destination, weather, and other variables. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery. scheduled delivery, you may be charged a delivery fee on your original payment method.

    It may take 3-5 business days after the item ships for the carrier to contact you to schedule delivery of the item.

 

* To ensure quality and freshness, oil and paint pens are packaged when an order is received. Manuals are printed when orders are received. Due to the fulfillment process, orders may take 48 business hours to ship.

 

Shipping & Order Confirmations

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

 

Shipping Exceptions

We currently ship to U.S. and Canada addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Canada: We cannot transfer the contents of your cart from the United States site to the Canada site. If you're trying to ship to Canada, you need to switch to one of our Canadian sites and reenter the contents of your shopping cart:

  • Mexico: We currently do not ship to Mexico.

  • Outside of North America: We currently only fulfill orders within the United States and Canada. Sign up to receive updates about Polaris products and commercial activity.
