We have a very exciting opportunity for an Engineering leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead execution of the overall technical strategy and engineering team responsible for the development of Off-Road Electric Vehicles (EV).

You will have responsibilities for a growing EV engineering team.  In addition to your direct reports within Off Road Engineering, you will partner with a large cross-functional team to execute the EV programs you are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering development of future EV Vehicles for Off-Road
  • Grow EV engineering team, optimize the structure and bring in new capabilities to drive future growth plans
  • Champion and lead the execution of EV programs through PDP ensuring all customer requirements are met (Quality, Performance & Cost), driving efficiency, and delivering new features and technology
  • Manage multimillion dollar R&D budget
  • Benchmark EV industry to drive learnings across the organization
  • Own product quality requirements and improvement plans for Off-Road EV products
  • Support strategic long-range planning by working closely with the product planning team, sourcing, & operations
  • Identify and implement tools and processes to improve EV Vehicle development
  • Ensure alignment across the organization including functional teams and the business.


  • BS degree (minimum) in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline
  • Must be an experienced leader of engineering teams (preferably multi-level) with wide-ranging skills and experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing the development of complex systems and/or technologies following a well-defined process, preferably PDP
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of electric systems, their design, development, and validation
  • Highly collaborative and thrives in a matrixed environment. enjoys working across functions and levels to achieve results.


  • Experience leading vehicle development specific to EV’s
  • Development of complex systems using systems engineering
