Polaris Recalls all 2018, 2019 and some 2020 Phoenix 200 Models

Polaris has determined the throttle lever stop on all 2018, 2019, and some 2020 Phoenix 200 models can fail due to damage during shipping, posing a crash hazard.

Number of affected vehicles: approximately 2,800

Number of incidents: Polaris has received five consumer reports, including four reports of the throttle stop breaking and one report of the throttle stop sticking. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and call their dealer to schedule an inspection and if needed, a repair. We encourage consumers to visit our Dealer Locator or call ahead to confirm operating hours given the current unfolding COVD-19 situation. Polaris is notifying dealers and contacting affected registered owners by mail, and email if available.

More information is available on the CPSC Website.
