Polaris Recalls Some Model Year 2023 RZR PRO XP and PRO XP 4 and Model Year 2024 RZR XP and XP 4
>Polaris has determined that the front brake lines on some Model Year 2023 RZR PRO XP and PRO XP 4 and Model Year 2024 RZR XP and XP 4 vehicles may have been improperly routed above the wheel scraper. An improperly routed brake line may contact the front wheels during vehicle operation resulting in brake line damage and reduced braking performance, posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury.
Number of affected vehicles: approximately 2,990 units globally
Number of incidents: Polaris received three reports of the brake line being incorrectly installed and experiencing loss of brakes. Polaris is not aware of any reports of personal injury associated with this concern.
Consumers should immediately stop using the impacted units and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free inspection/repair. DO NOT attempt any repairs yourself.
