Shipping Methods and Cut-Off Times

Order Processing Time

All orders submitted by 12 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) Monday through Friday usually will ship same day. *Orders received after 12 p.m. CST usually ship the following business day. Orders placed after the Friday cut off will ship out Monday. Holidays and severe weather may delay processing time.

*To ensure quality and freshness, oil is packaged when the order is received. Manuals are printed when the order is received. Due to the fulfillment process, orders containing oil and/or manuals may take 48 business hours to ship.

Shipping Timing

Below is a breakdown of the shipping options that are offered:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives in 2-4 business days
  • Ship to Dealer: Arrives at the dealership between 2-7 days
  • Freight Shipping: Arrives within 3-5 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary based on destination, weather, and holidays.

Freight Shipping: Freight delivery is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items. We partner with multiple freight carriers to ensure your items are safely loaded onto a truck and delivered to your home. Polaris currently offers To the Door delivery for all freight items.

To the Door Delivery:

  • If living in a home, your item(s) will be placed outside, as close to your front door as possible.
  • If living in an apartment, your item(s) will be placed outside your individual unit. Your presence may be required if the driver needs access to the area outside of your building.
  • Your item will be left in its original packaging from Polaris.
  • You will receive a text message and e-mail from the freight carrier with an estimated delivery date.

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification e-mail, which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website.

You can also check the progress of your order by following the steps below:

1. Click on Log In in the top right corner of the website.

2. Click on Check Order Status.

3. Entering your e-mail address, phone number and last name that was used on the order during placement.

Shipping Exceptions

We currently ship to U.S. and Canada addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Canada: We cannot transfer the contents of your cart from the United States site to the Canada site. If you are trying to ship to Canada, please switch to one of our Canadian sites and re-enter the contents of your shopping cart:
  • Mexico: We currently do not ship to Mexico.
  • Outside of North America: We currently only fulfill orders within the United States and Canada. Sign up to receive updates about Polaris products and commercial activity.
