JOB SUMMARY:
Polaris Industries Inc. is a global leader with more than 30 brands and multiple services responsible for

and electric vehicles.
Polaris Industries Inc. is looking for a Senior Solution Engineer- MDM to Design and build a scalable Master
Data Solution utilizing MDM Technologies like Enterworks. You will have the opportunity to work on a
Global MDM implementation project for Polaris Industries that requires Data mastering across domains
such as Supplier, Product, Dealer and Customer. Additional duties will include helping to push industry
best practices on MDM implementations, Mature the development teams in various aspects of SDLC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
 Build, Configure and Deploy the scalable, highly available and reliable solution for managing Global
Master Data Domains.
 Drive the Build and support/Hypercare for integration of MDM tool with other systems by
coordinating with respective technical architects and Business Analysts/Product Owners.
 Ensure the solution and code meet the NFRs and desired performance needs.
 Lead functional understanding, work with Business on writing SIT/UAT test cases, execute technical
test cases and approve the final solution from the technical team.
 Create and review Technical Design Documents, Support Documents (Post deployment)
 Participate/Lead training sessions for the users/Data Stewards who would use the MDM solution.
 Drive Global data management and data quality Capabilities.
 Partner with other organizations on road mapping next generation data management and data
quality capabilities.
 Participate in conceptualizing, designing and execution of master data management initiatives
 Work with Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect to deliver innovative, efficient and cost-effective
MDM solutions to meet enterprise needs.
 Understand and apply the technical “best practices”, keep pace with competition and peer
companies.
 Collaborate with Business Capability and other IT Services Delivery Teams to ensure high performance
of the global application portfolio.
 Design and implement the solution for Hierarchies (customer, Product, Material, Supplier), data
unification and standardization.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
 3 - 9 years of Professional experience with minimum 3 years of equivalent experience in
developing/building and configuring MDM solutions.
 Experience in integration using Rest APIs, is desirable.
 Should have experience in creating technical design document.
 Exposure to MDM Architecture with systems architecture design/implementation.
 2+ years of experience with Agile software development.
 Should be able to demonstrate exceptional Presentation and Technical skills at in the right way to
the relevant audience.
 Should be excellent team player and should have worked across one or more of Master Data
domains – Customer, vendor, finance, material and product.
 Exposure to Data Governance and Data Quality best practices.
 Experience working in Automotive and/or manufacturing environment is a plus.
 Experience with hybrid (cloud/on premises) integration architecture patterns is highly desired.
 Experience in working with Cloud platforms such as Azure or Snowflake.
 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
 Experience in leading development/implementation of Master Data technologies such as
EnterWorks, Stibo, Reltio, MDG, Informatica MDM, MDS, HANA Information Steward, DQ
Reporting.
 Hands on experience in EnterWorks MDM tool is a plus and preferred.
 Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
