Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive and reactive maintenance support for production
• Carry out specific assignments as directed by the Maintenance Work Order system and supervisor’s instructions.
• Install or move equipment and work with outside vendors on installation.
• Develop and install required alterations / modifications to equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC, robotic and common industrial control systems.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production systems, machinery and equipment.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures.
• Perform maintenance projects as assigned.
• Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a neat, clean, orderly work area

• Technical degree such as electrical or mechanical maintenance strongly preferred.
• 5+ years previous maintenance experience required.
• Ability to communicate well with others.
• Willingness to work overtime as required; “on-call” duty may be required over holidays and weekends.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), PLC programming and industrial controls preferred
• Ability to work well with little supervision
