End-to-End Recruitment Process:
• Develop and executing recruiting plans as per approved headcounts budget per annum
• Liaise with all department heads to ensure the recruitment procedure is thoroughly following up
• Corporate with vocational schools in Vinh Phuc area to look for skilled workers.
• Job posting, search, sort list for suitable candidates
• Conduct the interviews to select suitable candidates for all departments as per requirement.
• Prepare all related documents for the new employee such as offer letter, induction, welcome kits
• Improve, organize orientation for new hires, ensuring they have the best understanding of the
company’s values, policies, regulations, the organization for best integration as well as benefits.
• Follow training for successor under the succession program. Employee Relations &
Communications
• Support deployment of communications to the company
• Support or lead company functions, such as parties, off-site, etc.
• Answer Questions relating to the policy from employees, or direct to other HR resources
Talent Acquisition:
• Collaboratively consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and
recruiting potential candidates
• Identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools, and establish interviewing criteria
• Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards,
social media, state employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral
programs
• Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone
interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool
• Make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews
Employer Branding:
• Leading Employer of Choice project.
• Creativity & ideas to linked with Culture, organizational goals - new programs for engaging and
inspiring employee
• Organize the EoC project teams; Promoting activities via various channels
• Benchmarked Qualities of an Employer of choice throughout the employee survey and Best
place to work for.
Human Resources
• Monitor and strengthen EoC to both internal and external
• KPIs to measure the improvement of EoC;
Learning and Development:
• Implementing training and development strategy in the company, selecting the training supplier
to all level in the company included Operator, Indirect, Leader
• Support on developing, monitoring various retention and development programs
• Coordinate to build up inhouse training and internal trainers
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:
• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business
• 5-8 years previous experience
• Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor or HRBP Lead
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and
insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication cross culturally
• Experience in and positive reactions to highly stressful situations with a high degree of uncertainty
• Conversational English both written and verbal
• Solid communication skills
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
