ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing and administrate Mexico FTA's & international regulations.
Responsible for preparing International export documentation , DGD,
BOL, commercial invoice.
Comply with the pedimento requirements upon the Finnish goods export.
, Communication with the ship line, Broker & Forwarder to track & Trace
shipments.
Prepare & Maintain Docs for quota requirements according to the
Mexico FTA's
• Monitor based a risk matrix created by the Compliance Cordinator to
identify IMMEX customs compliance issues.
•Determinate Rules of Origin , analyze BOMs to apply as Originary products, work
with the Eligible Product. Process.
Generate thru Government web service Certificates of Origin, Keep and maintain all
the proper documentation to support every shipment
Record Keeping pertaining to the exportation for five years , Requesting docs and
update Vendors information.                                                                      

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:

                                                                                                                                 

1. B.S. International Trade and Logistics Degree or similar.

2. English Skills Required: 80% Written/Spoken/Reading.

3. 4-8 years previous IMMEX Import and Export expertise.

4. Strong Knowledge of AEO and VAT certification, FTA, Prosec and Rule 8.

5. Very effective Communication Skills.

6. Problem solver, able to work under time sensitive circumstances, collaboratively or independently, and take initiative to address situations before issues arise.

7. Able to work effectively with all functional areas and levels in the organization.

8. Capable of reading and interpreting engineering documents and technical data.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Willing to Travel 25% of the time.
