1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes participants must be: 1) a legal U.S. or Canadian resident; 2) at least 18 years of age at the time the sweepstakes begins; 3) have a valid Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account; and 4) be the lawful and registered owner of a drivable Polaris® vehicle. The Refresh Your Ride Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is void: (1) outside the United States and Canada; (2) in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, United States; (3) in the Canadian Province of Quebec; and (4) where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Polaris Industries Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sponsor”). All employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor and their immediate families or any members of their households, regardless of relationship, or any advertising agency or other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prizes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant (“You” or “Participant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. By participating, You agree to provide your vehicle identification number for confirmation of your eligibility upon Sponsor’s request. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, subject to state or federal law. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2019 at 12:01 a.m. CST and ends on June 30, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How To Enter: Participant can enter the Sweepstakes by: 1) uploading and posting a photo of Participant’s Polaris vehicle to Participant’s Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter account; 2) using the hashtag #refreshyourride in Participant’s post; and 3) tagging and following Sponsor’s official social media account (“Entry”). Entry must be set to “public.” Photos should exclude the vehicle’s license plate number or other identifying information. One entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be rejected for entry in the Sweepstakes.You may not enter more than once by using multiple accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, Your Entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Any Entries that constitute unlawful behavior will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whom it finds to be violating these Official Rules or whom it finds to be acting in a disruptive manner to the Polaris community.By entering the Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that Your Entry is Your original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights; that You are the sole author and creator of the Entry; and that You have obtained the consent of any other person featured in the Entry. You further represent and warrant that You own and have the right to convey all right, title and interest in the Entry. If the Entry infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the content of an Entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense, which Sponsor may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right. Participant agrees that Sponsor has the right to verify the ownership and originality of the Entry and that, upon Sponsor’s request, Participant must submit a written copy of any release or permission Participant has received from a third party granting the Participant the right to use such property. Participant understands and acknowledges that in the event a Participant is selected as a winner, and Participant’s ownership, rights, and the originality of the Entry cannot be verified to the satisfaction of Sponsor or is in any other way ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, unsent, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the transmittal of any entry or the processing of any function on the participant’s computer system. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar response methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods.

5. Prizes: Sweepstakes Participants will enter for a chance to win one of two prizes. Each Sweepstakes winner will receive a $5,000 credit on authorized Polaris parts calculated at MSRP and at standard dealer labor rates. The $5,000 credit is valid on Polaris parts, accessories, and oil that are Polaris branded and offered by Polaris through an authorized dealer. All Polaris OEM Parts and Accessories in stock at the time of vehicle servicing qualify, subject to availability and while supplies last. The approximate retail value of the total prizes is $10,000. The chances of winning depend on the number of Entries received. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Credit cannot be combined with other offers. Other restrictions may apply. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value.Participant is solely responsible for keeping his or her Polaris vehicle compliant with applicable laws, and Sponsor shall not be liable whatsoever for any alterations or modifications requested by Participant that violate applicable laws. Prize may only be redeemed through Polaris authorized dealers. Participant is solely responsible for any parts, install or service performed by or purchased from the authorized dealer that exceeds the Prize amount. Whether potential winner’s Polaris vehicle is eligible is determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including but not limited to the requirement that the vehicle is drivable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a third party aggregator, Woobox, on July 2, 2019. The potential winners will be notified by a Sponsor representative via Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter message or email during the week of July 2, 2019. Participant must notify Sponsor of any changed contact information within the Sweepstakes Period to remain eligible to win. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or for any potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Potential Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted by Sponsor or the prize may be forfeited and another Sweepstakes participant chosen. If Sponsor requests, winners must provide their approximate location to Sponsor to determine the closest participating authorized Polaris dealer to service the winner’s vehicle. Prize must be redeemed and vehicle must be serviced by August 31, 2019, or the prize will be forfeited and another Participant may be chosen at random. If a potential winner is a Canadian resident, he or she must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid in order to receive the prize. If selected Canadian potential winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time period, he or she may be disqualified, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. If Sponsor requests, each winner must also sign a liability and publicity release, allowing Sponsor to use the winner’s Entry, before and after pictures of winner’s vehicle, and name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. Failure to complete these forms may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor will make the final determination of identity of potential winners in its sole discretion. In the event that a winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining participants. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7. Rights Granted by You: By submitting an Entry, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the transferable right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, the Entry; your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image; statements about the Sweepstakes made by you; and biographical information about you for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. You understand and agree that a “before” and “after” photograph of your Polaris vehicle will be taken for publicity purposes by Sponsor without payment or compensation.

8. Terms and Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any human or technological error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, or distribution of, or alteration of entries, whether caused by the sender, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution: By entering the Sweepstakes, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, directly or indirectly, or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). Except where prohibited, each Participant and winner accepting a prize agrees that: (a) all issues and questions concerning these rules shall be governed by Minnesota law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (i) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) filed only in the state courts situated in Minnesota, and participant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall include attorneys' fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any participant or winner be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

10. Privacy and Use of Sweepstakes Information: Sponsor may collect personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to use any information collected in accordance with these Official Rules. Personal information will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes. Participants understand and agree that personal information will be shared with Woobox in order to administer the Sweepstakes, and Woobox’s use of personal information is subject to Woobox’s privacy policy.
