Camp RZR was created as a way for Polaris to say thank you to the side-by-side community. None of this would possible without the enthusiasm and dedication of the ORV and side-by-side community. Camp RZR exists not only for you but because of you—so allow us to say thank you with free demo rides, kids events, prize giveaways and much more.

No, this event is open to anyone and everyone who wants to attend regardless of your preferred choice of wheels for the dunes.

Camp RZR is located within the Imperial County Sand Dunes in Glamis, CA. Directly behind the Glamis Beach Store. The nearest airport is located in San Diego, approximately a 2.5 hour drive from the event.

Camp RZR is located within the Imperial County Sand Dunes. Most people choose to camp in an RV or trailer on BLM land. Or stay at a hotel in nearby towns including El Centro and Brawley. If you are planning to camp, we recommend checking local regulations and follow any county and BLM rules.

Camp RZR is free for those who attend.

There are plenty of ways to get free swag at Camp RZR. As you enter the event, stop at one of the registration booths near the entrance gates to register on-site. You will be given a star card (if you don't have one already), this will allow you to take advantage of all the ways to win throughout the weekend. At registration, you can spin the prize wheel where you could win small to large prizes. We'll also be running the Dune Dollars Cash Grab booth three times a day for lucky winners. And you can use your card to check in at the Ride and Seek locations for extra swag.

There is no pre-registration this year.  You can only register in-person/on-site.

Yes! We offer activities for adults and kids at Camp RZR.

No. Camp RZR and Polaris does not permit use of drones without prior authorization from the event organizers and Polaris.

Bring the kids for fun and games including bounce houses, kids rides, music and more. NOTE: You must accompany your child in this zone. Parents cannot leave children unattended. 

Camp RZR will be open: Friday, November 1st  9:00 am-6:00 pm and Saturday, November 2nd  9:00 am-6:00 pm. 

If you have misplaced a personal item, please check the Camp RZR Registration Tent near the main entrance. 

If you come across a lost child - please bring them to the Camp RZR Registration Tent. Or if you have lost your child, please go to the Camp RZR Registration Tent.

Any U.S. or Canadian citizen over 18 years of age that registers for the event  on-site is automatically entered into the grand prize drawing. Winners will be drawn and contacted the week of 11/4. Terms and Conditions apply. See Contest Rules for full details.

Yes. We have multiple locations for handicap parking onsite, along with a special viewing area for wheelchairs.

There will be multiple food vendors that will be open during Camp RZR both Friday and Saturday.

We will be offering free demo rides on Friday and Saturday. For our adult demos (RZRs), drivers AND passengers must be 18+ you can register at one of the entrance gates for a Star Card and then bring that to the demo area to sign up for your time slot. If you already have a Star Card, you can skip the registration tent and go right to the demo zone. These spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis the day of the ride. Once they are full for the day, registration will close. If you don’t get a spot on Friday, come back first thing on Saturday morning to try and sign up for a demo on Saturday instead.  There will be a variety of RZRs available to pick from including RZR Pro S Ultimate, RZR Pro R Ultimate and RZR Pro R 4 Ultimate.  Each demo ride will consist of a safety briefing and a 15-20 minute ride (led by trained Polaris staff). Please plan for about 45 minutes to accommodate gearing up, safety and educational pieces and the ride itself. We have a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drug use. You may NOT be under the influence before or during the ride.

This year we will also be bringing back Youth Demo Rides on the RZR 200 EFI vehicles – these will be offered to riders ages 10+ (must have a parent or guardian’s signature to participate).

If you have your own DOT-approved safety gear, please bring that to your demo ride. If you do not have the proper gear, there will be some available to borrow. Please be sure to wear closed toe shoes.

All main entrance points will be staffed with security tents and bag searches will be conducted for all spectators entering the venue. Venue staff and security reserve the right to refuse entry to any spectators that do not cooperate with venue security policies.

Prohibited items include but not limited to:

• Firearms, knives over 4" or weapons of any kind

• illegal drugs or substances alcoholic beverages

• fireworks

• obscene or indecent clothing

• glass bottles

• coolers

 Please also be aware of the following policies:

• ORVs and ATVs allowed only in designated areas

• Dogs and other pets must be on a leash and under control of the owner

• Drones and other remote flying devices are prohibited without permission

We have plenty of entertainment in store for all ages this year! Starting with a Freestyle MotoCross Show each day at 11:30 AM followed by an autograph signing with the legendary Twitch and other top talent. We will also have a 90's cover band performing on the stage during the day on Friday and a DJ playing two sets on Saturday afternoon. Saturday evening, all eyes will be on the sky for a new type of show--a drone show. This will take place just after sunset at 7 p.m. The aerial show will be visible from quite a distance, so you do not need to be at the gates of Camp RZR to enjoy it. We suggest finding a safe area to pull over and watch from the west or southwest side of Camp RZR. If you can see the top of the cell phone tower behind the beach store (look for the red light)--you should be able to see the drone show.

Polaris offers staff and parts on site to help keep riders riding for the weekend, free of charge.

We tackle repairs ranging from clutching, suspension, and driveline to electrical and runability diagnostics. Our goal is to get your Polaris vehicle back up and running in the dunes with the parts and staff that we have on site. Camp RZR Service does not perform: regular maintenance, welding/fabrication, engine/transmission service, repair of nonfunctional cosmetics, diagnosis of squeaks/rattles/clunks, or fluid changes. We also will not address issues that were known and could have been repaired prior to arriving at Camp RZR.

A drone show is a performance of hundreds of illuminated drones that fly in unison to create a synchronized and choreographed show. There is no music for the show, so you do not need to be near the gates of Camp RZR to enjoy it. The exact distance and viewing zone will depend on visibility on the evening of Nov. 2, however we expect to be able to see the show from quite a distance. As a general guide - if you can see the light on top of the cell tower located behind the Glamis Beach Store, you should be able to see the show. The better you can see the light, the better your visibility for the show will be. The drones will fly higher than that point of reference and there will be hundreds of them. We recommend staying to the west of the train tracks and south of highway 78 (the Beach Store and Camp RZR should be to the east or northeast of you for best viewing).
