Julie-Ann Chapman

State: British Columbia, Canada

Snowmobiling has always been a passion of Julie-Ann’s since she was a little girl growing up on the East coast of Canada sledding with her family. Julie-Ann moved to the mountains of British Columbia 18 years ago and since then her passion for snowmobiling has boomed! Wanting to share her passion with others, started She Shreds Mountain Adventures. For 10 years now, she’s been teaching women how to progress in the sport- something she finds both fun and rewarding!

Bringing people (men and women) out on fun adventures in the backcountry has brought Julie-Ann to some of the most beautiful, pristine places on earth. Based out of Nelson BC and Pemberton BC, she travels throughout Canada and the United States to teach. Safety is always #1 when taking clients out in the back country.

Julie-Ann has been published in over 20 snowmobile magazines across the world and has just been awarded the BCSF Snowmobiler of the Year from the House of Commons of Canada. She’s a mother to her 2-year-old son Jax and is excited to share her passion for snowmobiling with him as he grows older. Being a mom is the best thing to happen to Julie-Ann since becoming a professional snowmobile athlete.
