JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinate all activities related to sustainability projects, which includes but not limited to integrate documentation folders, program, and implement projects to improve service infrastructure. To coordinate and follow all processes related with Energy efficiency certifications, like Polaris 50001, LEED, and others. Perform and integrate lay out of the areas in order to provide solutions aligned to plant growth. This position requires full understanding of the department's KPIs, will create a way to show updated information to all employees regarding all LEAN activities, in order to create a trusted source for how  we are doing our job. Link our department KPI with TPM – PPS. Follow up and coordination of all activities and projects based on business continuity, which are mainly focus on having backup or response plan in case any service has a failure. Follow up with vendors, Industrial parks, and Government offices to assure all permits related with Building and infrastructure is aligned with law. This task will be in constant coordination with our legal department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Sustainability Projects - Aligned to Polaris 50001 and other environmental certifications
  •  Lead Electrical supply migration – Tracking of initial documentation and follow up once is implemented.
  •  Lay out optimization: Consolidate and coordinate lay out changes and updates with the rest of the areas.
  •  Lead TPM and KPI´s – Ensure our procedures are standardized and aligned with PPS.
  •  Lead Department improvement - Through higher standard of manufacturing processes.
  •  Support for Business Continuity Projects – Main services backup

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:

  • Years of experience: 2 – 3 years
  •  Languages: English (80 % spoken and writing, 100% reading)
  •  Bachelor’s degree: Industrial or Mechanical Engineer.
  •  Experience in Manufacturing Processes
  •  Experience in Project Implementations and Plant Lay out Analysis
  •  Experience on KPI´s tracking.
  •  Software skills – Office, Windows, and Auto-cad 2D
  • Customer Focus
  •  Highly oriented to safety
  •  Conduct with high ethical behavior
  •  Good Leadership skills
