2025 650 TITAN Adventure Orientation

This video is meant to familiarize the rider with the location of information and components on a 650 Titan Adventure snowmobile.

Note that some features and accessories shown may not be present on all models and may not represent production vehicles.



This video looks at the:

  • 0:25 Front of the vehicle (front bumper, side panels)
  • 0:31 Components behind the left-side panel (oil injection reservoir, spare belt holder, drive clutch assembly, L-wrench clutch spreader tool)
  • 0:49 Components behind the right-side panel (brake system, coolant pressure cap, headlight adjustment)
  • 1:00 Under the hood (fuse panel, spark plug holder, spark plug wrench, diagnostic plug, radiator)
  • 1:14 Front suspension (adjustable shocks, control arms, tie rods, sway bar and links, spindle, ski rubbers, skis, skags underneath the skis)
  • 1:32 Console (mirrors, 7S Display, storage compartment behind the display, USB plug inside the storage compartment)
  • 1:45 Left handlebar (brake lever, parking brake, brake reservoir, back button, navigation buttons, select button, headlight dimmer switch, heated grips control button, Polaris electronic reverse control)
  • 2:08 Right handlebar (engine run/stop switch, throttle lever) Note: The handlebars can be adjusted by loosening the four fasteners in the center.
  • 2:19 Below the handlebars (intake screens, spare auxiliary slots, rear work light switch, RCA port, key switch, fuel cap, gear shifter, recoil starter handle)
  • 2:43 Behind the driver’s seat (passenger seat with handlebars, RCA port, hand warmer controls, and seat warmer switch, if equipped)
  • 2:57 The battery (located underneath the driver’s seat)
  • 3:05 Behind the passenger seat (accessory port, battery charge port, cargo rack with six accessory attachment points, tail and work light, tow hitch, snow flap)
  • 3:25 Rear suspension (front limiter strap, rail slide, front track shock and adjustments, rear track shock and adjustments, front grease zerk, rear grease zerk, rear limiter straps, torsion spring adjustment, rear idler wheels, rear idler adjustment)
