Ensuring proper use of your safety harness plays an important role in maintaining the safety of the driver and passengers. Follow these procedures to properly use your seat harness system. Before beginning, always remember to wear the recommended riding gear listed in your Owner’s Manual.
4-Point Pushbutton Harness
1. Begin by sliding your arms under each shoulder web, ensuring the web is not twisted.
2. Buckle the seat harness latch until a click is heard.
3. Tug slightly on the buckle and tongue to ensure the harness is securely fastened.
4. Evenly snug each side of the lap harness by pulling on the adjuster straps.
5. Ensure the buckle is low and centered on the pelvis.
6. Snug the shoulder harness by pulling on each adjuster strap.
7. Latch the chest clip, if applicable.
8. Before continuing, ensure the harness is centered on the shoulders and chest, away from the face and neck.
9. To release the harness, first unlatch the chest clip and then depress the button on the buckle to eject the tongue and release the straps from your shoulders.
6-Point Pushbutton Harness
1. Begin by sliding your arms under each shoulder web, ensuring the web is not twisted.

3. Tug slightly on the buckle and tongue to ensure the harness is securely fastened.
4. Ensure the buckle is low and centered on the pelvis.
5. Evenly snug each side of the lap harness by pulling on the adjuster straps.
6. Evenly pull the thigh straps until they are snug.
7. Snug the shoulder harness by pulling on each adjuster strap.
8. Latch the chest clip, if applicable.
9. Before continuing, ensure the harness is centered on the shoulders and chest, away from the face and neck.
10. To release the harness, first unlatch the chest clip and then depress the button on the buckle to eject the tongue and release the straps from your shoulders.
