Tested Tough
From front to back, we rigorously test our machines for thousands of hours so you can ride on your terms. We draw inspiration from our riders, fueling innovation both in the lab and out in the real world. We’ll happily break our machines before we break our standards—all for the purpose of bettering your ride.
Pushing the Limits
Our durability simulator replicates real-life conditions to test if a vehicle can withstand various stresses and loads. The simulator's main job is to look for issues like vehicle fatigue and parts wear. We use the VDS test to accelerate durability, driving more product improvements to improve overall reliability and durability.
Making an Impact
Why would you take a perfectly good machine and drop it? Because we know our riders depend on a durable machine and a smooth ride. While our drop test may not be our most sophisticated test, it is one way we evaluate peak suspension events. This way, you can ride confidently knowing our machines can endure tough terrain.
Turning it Up
A complete ride is about every detail. It’s why we place our vehicles in a noise chamber to measure sound read out. Whether you’re towing 3,000+ lbs or flooring it down a straightaway, through testing we’re able to quantify vehicle noise and design ways to minimize excessive sounds.
