JOB SUMMARY

In this pivotal role, you'll own our comprehensive marketing automation technology strategy and identification through implementation for new marketing capabilities. This includes developing integrated campaigns across email, direct mail, paid media, and SMS in partnership with our Business Units, that enhance the buying and ownership experience and drive retail. This position will also lead and oversee enterprise Email team and function, including day-to-day activation and required data strategy and integrations to support backend.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Email Specialists, data, and development teams in activation of 1:1 marketing strategy

  • Supports and develops marketing automation strategies for email, SMS and paid media for GBU’s.

    • Support Xchange/Polaris Adventures/RIDECOMMAND to drive integration across GBU campaign messaging strategy.

    • Lead automation and 1x send strategy for Marine brands.

  • Oversee the entire email process in the SFMC platform maximizing efficiency in platform execution.

    • Work to drive efficiency into 1x email send personalization strategies and executional approach to maximize capacity of email support team.

    • Identify implementation best practices to leverage SFMC capabilities across GBUs.

  • Oversee roadmap development and implementation of trigger-based and lifecycle automation email campaigns, identify and vet potential technology partners, ultimately building and leading implementation deliverables to successful integration outcomes Prioritize improving the user experience by segmenting consumers for personalized content across multiple channels.

  • Collaborate closely with the GBU’s to:

    • Create targetable segments that align with user preferences and behavior identified through past performance and predictive analytics that can be leveraged across multiple channels.

    • Develop A/B tests and to assess effectiveness and enhance strategies based on performance metrics.

    • Develop content strategies that leverage predictive models and data analytics to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.

  • Oversight to adapt, modify, and prioritize work with the guidance of leadership to drive short-term and long-term results.

  • Identify new or unique data that can be used to execute a personalization/segmentation program.

  • Continuously present ideas and areas of opportunity to increase overall channel performance through personalization, staying on top of industry benchmarks, data connection, and innovation in the email and SMS channels.

  • Lead assessment & integration for INTL SFMC transition.

QUALIFICATIONS- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of professional experience within marketing, with at least 3-5+ years of relevant experience within email &/or web marketing is required.

  • Prior leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and people management is required.

  • Prior experience working with Data Science teams and understanding the principles of advanced data models and solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and influence with all levels of management and presenting complex data to different audiences.

  • Experience in developing and implementing projects linked to core business systems such as SFMC, CRM, Power BI
