JOB SUMMARY:

Performs Provides assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance problems within organization to facilitate communication and improve employee human relations skills and work performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talks informally with organization personnel and provides information related to company policy and systems.

Attends meetings of managers, supervisors, and work units to improve communication.

Investigates and resolves human relations and work-related problems that adversely affect employee morale and organization productivity.

Evaluates human relations and work-related problems and meets with supervisors and managers to determine effective resolution, such as job skill training or personal intervention, to resolve human relations issues among personnel.

Develops and conducts training to instruct organization managers, supervisors, and workers in policy and human relations skills such as supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.

Trains managers, supervisors and group leads in effective corrective action procedures and ensures consistent application.

Participates in resolving employee relations issues.

Assist in screening and orienting applicants for hiring.

Performs various Human Resource and Public Relations functions as needed.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:

B.A. degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

5-10 Years experience in Human Resources.

English Language Proficiency (Written – Spoken – Read)

Good communication skills and training ability.

Oriented to Great Place to Work Methodology

Ability to work well with people.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Good organizational and planning skills.
