JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Associate Marketing Manager, Snow supports two critical aspects of our GTM plan – Experiential Marketing and Channel Marketing.

Experiential: the Sr. AMM supports all aspects of Experiential Marketing for both the Snow and Timbersled businesses. This includes strategy development in collaboration with Snow Marketing leadership, as well as plan, and tactic development and execution for the annual experiential plan.

Channel Marketing: Responsible for planning and activating local dealer marketing plans across channels to drive demand and generate leads for retail conversion and share growth. This individual will partner with the brand marketing team members and agency partners to execute campaigns across multiple dealer touchpoints including digital and traditional media, websites and lead management.

This individual will focus on regionalizing marketing components to maximize customer reach and engagement in local markets. This individual will work cross functionally (third-party agencies, partners and internal teams) to develop annual marketing programs, tools and training to drive customer engagement and demand at the local level through events and dealers to ultimately delivering profitable growth for Polaris and dealers. The Sr. Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing, sales and field sales to ensure regionalized marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business and retail objectives. We are seeking an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has strong critical thinking skills and can multi-task and prioritize in real time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experiential Marketing ·

Drive experiential strategy and execution for both Snow and Timbersled business. This includes all industry-related shows, dealer shows, demo programs and any partner / ambassador rides · Organize display assets and develop layout strategy in partnership with agency that maximizes customer engagement and traffic · Manage staffing schedule, training, lodging, logistics, etc. for all experiential activations · Manage marketing fleet of snowmobiles for events and broader marketing needs · Collaborate with local dealers and broader ORV for collaboration opportunities and best practices · Fuel local experiential marketing activations through dealers when relevant

Channel Marketing

Partner with brand teams to execute campaigns and marketing plans at the local level · Lead the development and execution of dealer local marketing campaigns and turnkey programs, leveraging insights and analytics to shape the broader objectives · Build tools, resources & program offerings that enable dealers to efficiently drive traffic, leads and retail · Manage multiple third-party agencies and partners to develop programs and systems, driving scale,

effectiveness and strong dealer utilization · Help dealers and field sales understand how best to reach/market their customer base through powerful dealer marketing programs, lead follow up and local retail plans. · Lead execution of dealer website program including creative development, program tracking and support, analytics and communication to web providers and dealer network · Develop training and education for dealers and field sales on dealer marketing initiatives – media, websites, lead management, analytics and other efforts · Creative thinker who can provide ongoing thought leadership as it relates to channel marketing and dealer retail initiatives

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

· Bachelor’s degree required in related field (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business)

· 4-5+ years in Marketing, communications or strategy role

· Proven ability to develop effective marketing plans to achieve goals

· Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills

· Project management expertise, digital knowledge, partnership experience and strong bias for action

· An understanding, appreciation and passion for Polaris product preferred

· Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment; ability to make decisions and influence leadership

Self-motivated, solution-oriented, resilient, tenacious attitude/approach

· Ability to meet deadlines while delivering quality results

· Organized with attention to detail

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with continuous change

· Location – Bass Creek Headquarters

· Corporate office environment

· Periodic, but extensive travel required at points of the year
