Cole originally raced dirt bikes for two years at a young age before transitioning to skateboarding and snowmobiling. At age 12, he knew he wanted to race snocross but it took several years of convincing his parents before he could race. Since then, his family has been all in. He still races dirt bikes in his spare time.
