Information Systems Development

The Polaris Information Systems Development Program (ISDP) accelerates the career development for recent college graduates who wish to further enhance their technical abilities and leadership skills.

The program provides the resources, support and environment you’ll need to realize both personal and professional success in a highly competitive industry. Polaris is a fast paced environment, priding itself on staying up to date with cutting edge technology. Some examples include virtualization, hybrid storage, unified communications, agile and rapid development.

You'll begin building your skills and knowledge early through a series of intensive short-term assignments. The variety of assignments introduces you to what working at Polaris is all about and helps you to decide where your interests ultimately best align with the company's needs.

Applicants can choose from two different tracks: Applications or Infrastructure. Each rotation spans six months, providing time to learn the role as well as gain hands on experience. During this program you will also establish mentor relationships with key information systems and business leaders that will continue throughout your career with Polaris.
