Polaris Community Giving

Together we ride—embracing the outdoors, building stronger communities, and inspiring the next generation of riders.

Polaris Giving Pillars

Polaris works to drive long-term impact and positive change —through investments, product donations, and volunteerism—guided by our core giving pillars:

Employee Giving Programs

Polaris believes in helping support the causes our employees care about and amplifying their efforts through Polaris Gives, our employee giving program.

Matching Grants – Polaris matches employee donations up to $5,000 annually to qualified 501c3 causes, doubling the impact. New employees receive $25 to give to the organization of their choice.

Volunteer Rewards – Employees can earn $10/hour for volunteering (up to $500 annually), to donate to the cause of their choice.

Volunteer Time Off – Employees receive 8 hours annually for approved volunteer activities.

Employee Support Programs

Polaris Assistance Fund - Aids employees in times of financial hardship.

Scholarship Fund – Helps provide financial assistance for higher education for children of Polaris employees.
