We are searching for new college graduates who have the drive to become an integral part of our team while building their business expertise and leadership skills.
Our unique program consists of a progressive course of planned rotations, each 6 months in length, covering:
- Product Management
- Dealer Development
- Field Sales
These experiences will prepare you for success in your next role as a District Sales Manager where you will manage a territory of dealers and revenue in the millions. Beyond that there are boundless opportunities for highly visible leadership roles across the organization.
You will be provided the resources, support, and environment you need to realize both personal and professional success. In addition, you will develop relationships with leaders throughout the company who will aid you in your transition to a professional career and will continue to guide you throughout your career at Polaris. The Leadership and Sales Development Program selects a limited number of top college graduates. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in marketing/sales or related area
- Proven academic success
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Geographic mobility
- Unrestricted Work Authorization
